Our story

Feeding the masses, one loaf at a time.

Simply Breadlicious was founded by Christian Baquero, who cooks with passion and a lot of precision. The goal is simple: bring a steady source of healthy, delicious baked goods to every neighborhood we serve.

We're starting humble, with farmers markets, pop-ups and pre-orders. From there we grow into the surrounding counties, and further.
